En FabriControl, la privacidad de los datos de tu fábrica es nuestra prioridad. Esta política explica qué datos recopilamos, para qué los usamos, dónde se almacenan y cuáles son tus derechos.
1. Datos que Recopilamos
Recopilamos la información necesaria para brindarte el servicio FabriOS:
- Datos de registro: nombre, email, número de WhatsApp, cargo y datos de la empresa (nombre, rubro, tamaño).
- Datos operativos: productos, órdenes de producción, inventario, clientes, cotizaciones, BOM (bill of materials) y cualquier otro contenido que ingreses en FabriOS. Estos datos son tuyos.
- Datos técnicos: dirección IP, tipo de navegador, registros de acceso (logs) y datos de uso de la plataforma, para garantizar seguridad y mejorar el servicio.
2. Para Qué Usamos tu Información
Usamos tus datos exclusivamente para:
- Proveer, mantener y mejorar el servicio FabriOS.
- Brindarte soporte técnico y atención por WhatsApp o email.
- Enviarte comunicaciones sobre el servicio: actualizaciones, cambios en funcionalidades y novedades de FabriOS y futuros productos de FabriControl.
- Garantizar la seguridad de tu cuenta y detectar actividad sospechosa.
No vendemos tus datos. No usamos tus datos operativos para publicidad ni para entrenar modelos de inteligencia artificial sin tu consentimiento explícito.
3. Dónde se Almacenan tus Datos
Tu información se almacena en infraestructura segura:
- Aplicación: servidores en Render (Estados Unidos), con cifrado en tránsito (HTTPS/TLS).
- Base de datos: MongoDB Atlas con aislamiento multi-tenant. Los datos de cada cliente viven en su propio tenant aislado; ningún otro cliente puede acceder a tu información.
- Backup: backup automático diario. Si conectás tu Google Drive, una copia de seguridad se sincroniza directamente a tu cuenta de Google. Los datos del backup son tuyos.
4. Quién Accede a tus Datos
El acceso a los datos está estrictamente controlado:
- Solo el equipo autorizado de FabriControl puede acceder, exclusivamente para soporte técnico y mantenimiento.
- Cada acceso queda registrado en un log de auditoría.
- No compartimos datos con terceros, excepto cuando sea requerido por ley o para la operación del servicio (hosting, base de datos en la nube).
5. Tus Derechos
Tenés derecho a:
- Acceso: ver qué datos tenemos sobre vos y tu empresa.
- Rectificación: corregir información incorrecta.
- Exportación: descargar todos tus datos en formatos estándar (.csv, .json) en cualquier momento.
- Eliminación: solicitar la eliminación definitiva de tu cuenta y todos los datos asociados. Tras la solicitud, los datos se conservan 90 días (por si cambiás de opinión) y luego se borran permanentemente.

At FabriControl, the privacy of your factory's data is our priority. This policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for, where it is stored, and what your rights are.
1. Data We Collect
We collect the information needed to provide you with the FabriOS service:
- Registration data: name, email, WhatsApp number, role, and company details (name, industry, size).
- Operational data: products, production orders, inventory, clients, quotations, BOM (bill of materials), and any other content you enter in FabriOS. This data is yours.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, access logs, and platform usage data, to ensure security and improve the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data exclusively to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the FabriOS service.
- Provide technical support and assistance via WhatsApp or email.
- Send you service communications: updates, feature changes, and news about FabriOS and future FabriControl products.
- Ensure your account security and detect suspicious activity.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your operational data for advertising or to train AI models without your explicit consent.
3. Where Your Data Is Stored
Your information is stored on secure infrastructure:
- Application: servers on Render (United States), with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
- Database: MongoDB Atlas with multi-tenant isolation. Each customer's data lives in its own isolated tenant; no other customer can access your information.
- Backup: automatic daily backup. If you connect your Google Drive, a backup copy syncs directly to your Google account. The backup data is yours.
4. Who Accesses Your Data
Data access is strictly controlled:
- Only authorized FabriControl team members can access it, exclusively for technical support and maintenance.
- Every access is recorded in an audit log.
- We do not share data with third parties, except when required by law or for the operation of the service (hosting, cloud database).
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: see what data we have about you and your company.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate information.
- Export: download all your data in standard formats (.csv, .json) at any time.
- Deletion: request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data. After the request, data is retained for 90 days (in case you change your mind) and then permanently deleted.
