Esta política explica qué datos tratan el sitio fabricontrol.online y la herramienta FabriCAD, para qué los usamos, dónde se guardan, cuánto tiempo y cómo podés pedir su baja.

2. Sitio web fabricontrol.online

  • Sin cuentas ni formularios: el sitio no pide registro ni tiene formularios. Si nos escribís por WhatsApp o email, usamos lo que nos mandes solo para responderte.
  • Idioma: el idioma que elegís (ES, EN o HE) se guarda en tu navegador (localStorage, clave fc_lang). No se envía a ningún servidor.
  • Sin publicidad ni analítica: no usamos cookies de publicidad, de analítica ni de seguimiento. Más detalle en la Política de Cookies.
  • Tipografías: las fuentes del sitio se cargan desde Google Fonts, por lo que tu navegador se conecta a servidores de Google, que reciben tu dirección IP.

3. FabriCAD: qué datos trata

  • Medidas y parámetros de la pieza que cargás, para generar los archivos.
  • Archivos generados (DXF / STEP): se guardan en Cloudflare R2 y se borran automáticamente a los 7 días.
  • Email (opcional): solo si marcás la casilla de permiso. Se guarda junto con la fecha y de dónde llegó la visita (por ejemplo, LinkedIn), para avisarte novedades de FabriCAD. Podés pedir la baja cuando quieras escribiendo al contacto de arriba.
  • Dirección IP: se usa en memoria para aplicar el tope de uso por hora. No se guarda en la base de datos.

No vendemos tus datos ni los usamos para publicidad.

4. Proveedores

FabriCAD funciona sobre estos proveedores, que tratan los datos por cuenta nuestra:

  • Render: servidores (Estados Unidos). También aloja este sitio web.
  • Neon: base de datos (Estados Unidos).
  • Cloudflare: almacenamiento de los archivos generados (R2).

Por eso tus datos pueden tratarse fuera de tu país.

5. CALLOUT

CALLOUT es un servicio de video técnico que se contrata aparte, con presupuesto y acuerdo propio. La web solo presenta el servicio y los casos, y no recoge datos de CALLOUT. La información que se comparta en un proyecto (hojas técnicas, planos, etc.) se trata según lo que establezca ese acuerdo.

6. Tus derechos

Podés pedir acceder a tus datos, corregirlos, borrarlos o darte de baja de los avisos de FabriCAD escribiendo a .

Si cambiamos esta política, actualizamos la fecha de arriba.

2. The fabricontrol.online website

  • No accounts or forms: the website does not ask you to register and has no forms. If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we use what you send only to reply to you.
  • Language: the language you choose (ES, EN or HE) is saved in your browser (localStorage, key fc_lang). It is not sent to any server.
  • No advertising or analytics: we do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. More detail in the Cookie Policy.
  • Fonts: the website's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.

3. FabriCAD: what data it processes

  • Part measurements and parameters you enter, to generate the files.
  • Generated files (DXF / STEP): stored on Cloudflare R2 and automatically deleted after 7 days.
  • Email (optional): only if you tick the permission box. It is stored together with the date and where the visit came from (for example, LinkedIn), to let you know about FabriCAD news. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to the contact above.
  • IP address: used in memory to apply the hourly usage limit. It is not stored in the database.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Service providers

FabriCAD runs on these providers, which process data on our behalf:

  • Render: servers (United States). It also hosts this website.
  • Neon: database (United States).
  • Cloudflare: storage of the generated files (R2).

As a result, your data may be processed outside your country.

5. CALLOUT

CALLOUT is a technical video service contracted separately, with its own quote and agreement. The website only presents the service and the case studies, and does not collect any CALLOUT data. Information shared within a project (datasheets, drawings, etc.) is handled as set out in that agreement.
