Estos Términos regulan el uso del sitio web fabricontrol.online y de la herramienta FabriCAD. Al usar el sitio o FabriCAD aceptás estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no los uses.
1. Quién ofrece estos servicios
El sitio y FabriCAD son ofrecidos por Julio Mirabal / FabriControl (en adelante "FabriControl"). Podés contactarnos por email a o por WhatsApp al +972 52-648-9461.
2. FabriCAD
FabriCAD (fabricad-c42b.onrender.com) es una herramienta gratuita que genera archivos DXF y STEP a partir de las medidas que carga el usuario. Está en etapa de prueba: puede cambiar, tener errores, interrumpirse o dejar de ofrecerse sin aviso previo.
3. Sin garantía: verificá antes de fabricar
FabriCAD se ofrece "tal cual", sin garantía de ningún tipo. Los archivos que genera son una ayuda de cálculo, no un plano aprobado.
- Antes de cortar, plegar o fabricar, el usuario debe verificar medidas, desarrollo, radios de plegado y K-factor según su material, su máquina y su proceso.
- FabriControl no responde por material, piezas o daños de ningún tipo derivados del uso de los archivos generados.
4. Uso razonable
Para evitar abusos, FabriCAD tiene un tope de uso por hora por conexión. Si lo alcanzás, tenés que esperar para seguir generando archivos. No está permitido intentar saltear ese tope ni usar la herramienta de forma que afecte el servicio para otros usuarios.
5. Archivos y datos
Los archivos generados se guardan temporalmente y se borran automáticamente a los 7 días. Descargalos y guardá tu propia copia. Qué datos tratamos y cómo, está detallado en la Política de Privacidad.
6. CALLOUT
CALLOUT es un servicio de video técnico que se contrata aparte, con presupuesto y acuerdo propio para cada proyecto. Este sitio solo presenta el servicio y los casos; estos Términos no generan ningún compromiso de servicio. Las condiciones de cada trabajo se definen en ese acuerdo.
7. Marcas y contenido
FabriControl, FabriCAD y CALLOUT, y el contenido propio de este sitio, no pueden reutilizarse sin autorización. Las marcas de terceros que aparecen en los casos presentados pertenecen a sus respectivos dueños.
8. Cambios y ley aplicable
Podemos actualizar estos Términos. La fecha de arriba indica la última versión; seguir usando el sitio o FabriCAD después de un cambio implica aceptarlo.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Israel. Cualquier controversia será sometida a los tribunales competentes de Israel, salvo acuerdo distinto entre las partes.

2. FabriCAD
FabriCAD (fabricad-c42b.onrender.com) is a free tool that generates DXF and STEP files from the measurements the user enters. It is in a testing stage: it may change, contain errors, be interrupted or be discontinued without prior notice.
3. No warranty: verify before manufacturing
FabriCAD is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The files it generates are a calculation aid, not an approved drawing.
- Before cutting, bending or manufacturing, the user must verify dimensions, flat pattern, bend radii and K-factor for their material, machine and process.
- FabriControl is not liable for material, parts or damages of any kind arising from the use of the generated files.
4. Fair use
To prevent abuse, FabriCAD has an hourly usage limit per connection. If you reach it, you need to wait before generating more files. Attempting to bypass that limit, or using the tool in a way that affects the service for other users, is not allowed.
5. Files and data
Generated files are stored temporarily and are automatically deleted after 7 days. Download them and keep your own copy. What data we process and how is detailed in the Privacy Policy.
6. CALLOUT
CALLOUT is a technical video service contracted separately, with its own quote and agreement for each project. This website only presents the service and the case studies; these Terms do not create any service commitment. The conditions of each project are defined in that agreement.
7. Trademarks and content
FabriControl, FabriCAD and CALLOUT, and this website's own content, may not be reused without authorization. Third-party brands shown in the case studies belong to their respective owners.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use the website or FabriCAD after a change means you accept it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Israel, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

3. ללא אחריות: בדקו לפני ייצור
FabriCAD מסופק "כמות שהוא" (as is), ללא אחריות מכל סוג. הקבצים שהוא מייצר הם כלי עזר לחישוב, לא שרטוט מאושר.
- לפני חיתוך, כיפוף או ייצור, על המשתמש לבדוק מידות, פריסה, רדיוסי כיפוף ומקדם K בהתאם לחומר, למכונה ולתהליך שלו.
- FabriControl אינה אחראית לחומר, לחלקים או לנזק מכל סוג הנובעים מהשימוש בקבצים שנוצרו.
4. שימוש סביר
כדי למנוע ניצול לרעה, ל-FabriCAD יש מגבלת שימוש לשעה לכל חיבור. אם הגעתם למגבלה, יש להמתין לפני שמייצרים קבצים נוספים. אסור לנסות לעקוף את המגבלה או להשתמש בכלי באופן שפוגע בשירות למשתמשים אחרים.
5. קבצים ונתונים
הקבצים שנוצרים נשמרים באופן זמני ונמחקים אוטומטית לאחר 7 ימים. הורידו אותם ושמרו עותק משלכם. אילו נתונים אנחנו מעבדים וכיצד, מפורט במדיניות הפרטיות.
6. CALLOUT
CALLOUT הוא שירות וידאו טכני שמוזמן בנפרד, עם הצעת מחיר והסכם נפרד לכל פרויקט. האתר רק מציג את השירות ואת מקרי הבוחן; תנאים אלה אינם יוצרים התחייבות לשירות. התנאים של כל פרויקט נקבעים באותו הסכם.
7. סימני מסחר ותוכן
אין לעשות שימוש חוזר ב-FabriControl, ב-FabriCAD וב-CALLOUT, ובתוכן המקורי של אתר זה, ללא אישור. מותגים של צדדים שלישיים המופיעים במקרי הבוחן שייכים לבעליהם.
8. שינויים ודין חל
אנחנו רשאים לעדכן תנאים אלה. התאריך למעלה מציין את הגרסה האחרונה; המשך השימוש באתר או ב-FabriCAD לאחר שינוי מהווה הסכמה לו.
תנאים אלה כפופים לדיני מדינת ישראל. כל מחלוקת תוגש לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל, אלא אם כן הוסכם אחרת בין הצדדים.
